当店は、お客様に心身のリラックスをご提供する『リラクゼーションサロン』でございます。

当店に通うことによって、現在お客様が抱える慢性的な肩こりや身体のゆがみなどが改善されるものではございません（ご利用後の痛みや皮膚のトラブルがおきましても、当店では責任を負い兼ねますのでご了承ください）。また、当店では、

性的なサービス（性風俗的な行為）は一切行っておりません

そのような目的にてのご利用は、セラピストとの同意や金額の収受に関わらず、

固く禁止させて頂きます。

 

◯以下に当てはまる方のご利用はご遠慮頂いております。

・自慰行為をされる方。

・紙パンツを着用されない方。

・泥酔されている方。

・皮膚の疾患をお持ちの方、性病など皮膚性疾患の疑いがある方。

・入れ墨（タトゥー含む）をされている方、暴力団関係者（反社会的勢力関係者）の方。

・日本語が話せない方。

 

◯セラピストに対して以下の行為（わいせつ行為、セクハラ的な言動）を禁止します。

・身体に触れる行為。ヌキ行為の要求など性的サービスの強要。

・私的な詮索、店外デートへの誘い。

・引き抜き行為（スカウト行為含む）、勧誘行為（宗教、ネットワークビジネス等）

・連絡先の交換をしつこく迫る。

・暴言を吐く、暴行を加えようとする。

・盗撮や盗聴などの行為（同意の上でも彼女らの容貌や店内を撮影することを禁止します）。

・その他セラピストが不快に感じる全ての行為。

・予約キャンセルはキャンセル料１００％発生致します。

・ルーム内にて貴重品は自己管理でお願い致します。

・当店はお客様とセラピストによる迷惑行為(風俗行為、法律に反する行為)を禁止している為、防犯カメラを設置しております。

・ご予約のお時間を遅れますと遅れた分カットされますのでご注意ください。

 

以上の当店『利用規約』を遵守して頂けないと判断した場合、速やかに退出して頂き、次回以降のご利用をお断りさせて頂きます（出禁措置）。特に犯罪行為（強制わいせつ、暴行、強要等の刑法上の各犯罪、軽犯罪法や迷惑防止条例違反）の疑義がある場合には、直ちに警察に通報致します（セラピストの安全を守ることを最優先致します）。

これらの場合、コース料金等の返金は致しかねます。

ご予約、ご利用後の料金の返金は一切お受け出来ませんのでご了承下さい。

Terms of service

 

Our salon is a relaxation facility dedicated to providing our guests with physical and mental relaxation.

Please understand that visiting our salon does not guarantee improvement of chronic conditions such as persistent shoulder stiffness or bodily misalignment (we cannot be held responsible for any pain or skin issues arising after your visit). Furthermore,

we do not provide any sexual services (including sex-related acts)

We strictly prohibit any use for such purposes, regardless of agreement with the therapist or payment received.

 

◯ We kindly ask the following individuals to refrain from using our services:

・Those who engage in self-stimulation.

・Those who refuse to wear disposable underwear.

・Those who are heavily intoxicated.

・Those with skin conditions or suspected skin diseases, including sexually transmitted infections.

・Individuals with tattoos or body art, or those affiliated with organized crime groups (anti-social forces).

・Individuals unable to speak Japanese.

 

◯The following actions towards therapists (obscene acts, sexually harassing remarks) are prohibited:

・Physical contact. Demanding sexual services such as “Nuki” acts.

・Inquiring about private matters, inviting therapists on dates outside the premises.

・Poaching (including scouting) or solicitation (religion, network marketing, etc.).

・Persistently demanding contact information.

・Using abusive language or attempting physical assault.

・Acts such as hidden filming or eavesdropping (photographing therapists' appearances or the shop interior is prohibited even with consent).

・Any other behavior that makes therapists feel uncomfortable.

・Reservation cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee.

・Please manage your valuables yourself within the room.

・Security cameras are installed as our establishment prohibits disruptive behavior (sexual services, illegal activities) by customers and therapists.

・Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, the session will be shortened by the amount of time you are late.

 

If we determine you are unable to comply with the above Terms of Use, you will be asked to leave immediately and will be denied future service (banned from the premises). In particular, if there is suspicion of criminal activity (including but not limited to indecent assault, assault, coercion, or other criminal offenses under the Penal Code, violations of the Minor Offenses Act, or anti-nuisance ordinances), we will immediately report it to the police (the safety of our therapists is our top priority).

In such cases, we cannot refund the course fee or any other charges.

Please understand that we cannot accept any refund requests for fees after making a reservation or using our services.
